Меню «Битва шефов. Италия» в шоу-ресторане «AltBier»

VIP-повара шоу-ресторана AltBier презентовали итальянское меню в рамках проекта «Битва шефов». Спешите попробовать традиционные национальные блюда из разных регионов Италии в сочетании с фирменным пенным!

Открывают меню«Битва шефов. Италия» 3 вида классических брускетт на основе хрустящей чиабатты: с лососем и авокадо, с печёным перцем и баклажаном, с прошутто и вялеными томатами. Любителей овощных блюд порадуют легкий салат «Estiva» с молодой моцареллой и выдержанным пармезаном и Melanzane— баклажан с сушеными итальянскими травами и спелыми томатами, запеченный под молодой моцареллой.

Королева основных блюд — паста «Карбонара» из твердых сортов пшеницы. Ну и куда же без Ризотто с морепродуктами на основе сливочного риса Арборио!

Специально под новое меню бармен шоу-ресторана AltBier  разработал два коктейля с итальянским характером. Коктейль «DON» сочетает ром Bacardi Blanca, эспрессо, сироп бузины, молоко и сливки. А освежающий «Gracia» представляет собой микс белого сухого вина, вишнёвого сока, персикового ликёра и цитрусового сока.

Специально для преданных поклонников пива AltBier разработаны 3 набора со скидкой 20%. В набор входят: брускетта, основное блюдо и бокал пенного.
