Booty Dance (Booty Shake, Twerk) – это очень женственная танцевальная техника, суть которого заключается в правильном овладении различных видов трясок ягодицами (booty shake, twerk, stripper dance), а так же плавных покачивающих, вращающих и изолированых от верхней части туловища движениях бедрами (hip rolling).

Сейчас набирает особую популярность Booty Dance (Booty Shake, Twerk) – и его можно часто видеть в видеоклипах и на концертах различных хип –хоп звезд , таких как Tyga, Soulja Boy, Nicki Minaj, Ciara, Nelly, Chingy, Coco Kiss и других.

Booty dance дает большую нагрузку на бедра и ягодицы, разрабатывает поясничную зону, мышцы спины и пресса, а также помогает отработать чувство ритма и прибавляет уверенности в женской привлекательности.
