Гриль и Русская печь-не могут Вас не увлечь!

Множество технологий позволяет удивлять разнообразием вкусов одного и того же блюда.  Так, прямое воздействие тепла быстро обжигает поверхность пищи, создавая характерный, насыщенный аромат, иногда с приятными "горелыми" нотками, и замечательную корочку. Если пища готовится на умеренном огне, она приобретет не только корочку, но и более интенсивный аромат дымка.
