В районе (П. Поле) - единственный приличный паб. Появился шотландский Белхэвэн - очень радует. + есть сейчас акция для него. обслуживание - это да. как повезет. ..
кухня - очень нравится.
цены - выше среднего.
спасибо официанту Ане. приятно обслуживает.

Единственный плюс заведения - некоторые виды пива.
А так - .. ... ... .. и невежливые официанты.

Был с другом 02. 11. 2010г. Кухня как всегда на высоте, ньюкасл - супер) Качество обслуживания хорошее, единственное, что после прихода официантку пришлось ждать порядка 15 минут.

посещал ББП относительно постоянно года полтора. в очередной раз спросил у официантки о дисконтной карте. сказала - приходите днем, оформим.
пришел днем. другие официантки. разговор принял такой оборот, как будто я прошу кормить меня бесплатно (да мы даем в исключительных случаях, и не всем, и по 3 года люди ходят). при этом было сказано, что они меня не знают и первый раз видят. при том, что каждая из них обслуживала меня не раз. хрен с ней с картой. но, подобное отношение к клиенту неприятно.
как результат: день рождения у них я праздновать не буду на 99%. буду ли заходить еще - тоже вопрос.
это мое мнение о лояльности персонала.
в части кухни - вопросов нет.
пиво: Мерфис хорош. гинесс - не понравился, кислый.
