Всегда, когда гуляю в парке Шевченко захожу в Кристалл!!!! ОБОЖАЮ пиццу сочную!!!!! Но не нравится то, что очень долго приходится сидеть ждать официанта, один раз зашла после пар туда покушать, так чуть с голоду не начала грызть салфетки! Потому что официантка приняла заказ и ушла в свой бермудский треугольник

не нравиться обслуживание - давитесь в макдональдсе всякой гадостью, а в кристалле вкусная еда самая лучшая в городе и дешевая!!!!!!!!!

Заказала мороженое для ребенка, принесли, сверху на орехах лежал боольшой такой кусок то ли ПЫЛИ, то ли ШЕРСТИ! . .. Поменяли конечно молча, но вот я думаю, что было бы, если б я этот кусок не увидела? Ребенку то 3 годика. Забрала с собой чек на всяк случай, жду, 5 часов - пока нормально, т-т-т. .
Медленно обслуживают. В помещении шум, слово на рынке. Не понравилось. Хотя десерт по вкусу очень ничего, но с ужасом думаю, что там может быть под подливкой. ..

На моей памяти несколько случаев, когда мы приходили туда, а у них не было электричества и нам из-за этого не могли подать то или иное блюдо. Сколько у них не было света неизвестно, но продукты в отключенных холодильниках портятся - это факт, особенно сливки, которых так много в Белочке. Со мной летом тоже была неприятная история после посещения Кристалла. Но я как-то не придала этому значения.
Вообще мы частые посетители этого кафе, меню и цены устраивают. Обслуживание иногда оставляет желать лучшего, но зачастую всё отлично.
