Заказал столик на определённое время, пришёл, а там люди сидят - официант куда-то бегал, потом сказал ждите пока уйдут! Обслуживание отвратительное! Перезвонили и начали врать по телефону, что гости немного задержались, нужно было подождать! Люди сидели и кушали - никуда не собирались! А официант - даже не знал, что столик заказан! Зачем это враньё и эти извинения брехливые?! Если не хотите стоять над людьми которые доедают и ждать пока освободят заказанный Вами столик - выберите другое кафе! Лучше пойти в кафе где ценят клиентов и берегут свою репутацию!

обслуживание просто хуже некуда. цены-средние. админстратор хамка. кухня-не закрытая. поэтому ,если хотите пропахнуть пищей - вам именно туда. официанты не приветливые. заказала фреш-принессли сок разбавленный водой. желания вернуться туда обратно больше нет. ужассссссссс

Ресторан Trattoria на пр. Ленина открылся совсем недавно и решил я его посетить с семьей на день рожденья. 22. 11. 2015 в 10 утра приехал туда и забронировал столик на 16. 00 (а точнее даже 2, на случай если тот, что приглянулся, не освободится). И каково же было недоразумение и возмущение, когда прийдя туда, нам сказали что столика нет и будет через час, забронированный 2ой столик тоже был занят. Т. е. в этом заведении им плевать что я с утра туда приехал, заказал столик. Вас просто вежливо пошлют на 3 буквы с милыми глазами как у кота из Шрека. Говорят там вкусно, но желание идти туда просто отпало.
