Проводили корпоратив НГ 2014. Кухня хорошая, супер музыка, обстановка! Уделить нужно внимание на сервис, больше внимание персонала к гостям. ..С уважением. .

Гуляли новогодний корпоратив, остались не довольны обслуживанием, едой, отношением к клиентам, всем!!!! Не профессионалы. Плохо. Не советую.

У подруги было день рождения 22 апреля, спонтанно решили отметить и первое нормальное заведение (теперь так не думаю), которое пришло на ум "Шансон". Было около часу дня, зашли, перед нами зашли двое мужчин их пустили в зал, а нам сказали садитесь в баре, где было накурено и сидели два парня и пили пиво. Официантка просто "на морозе" смотрела на нас так, как будто мы пришли к ней домой и просим бесплатно накормить. Мужчины были в костюмах, а мы в джинсах-может, поэтому была такая реакция. Зато в наших карманах было много денег и мы их оставили в прекрасном кафе"Балу"
