Перша Цукерня Слобожанщини - отзыв
Раньше было здорово, в Цукерне очень хороший выбор тортов, всегда все очень вкусное, но сейчас сменился персонал, поэтому обслуживание - не то, что не приветливое, а откровенно хамское. Представьте себе тетку, которая торгует на базаре - получите полную картину. Вошедшего гостя не приветствуют. На просьбу подсказать какой чай у них есть с добавкой фруктов, мне, например, ответили что все написано на банках (которые стоят за стойкой), потом с недовольным лицом перечислили все что есть. На слова "Спасибо" и т. д. - ноль реакции, при мне мужчина взял заказ, поблагодарил и попрощался, а в ответ недовольная морда. В туалет, кстати, не пустили вообще, дословно "Девушка, выйдите, там стоят мои вещи, вы что-то своруете". Вот честно, даже в более дешевых заведениях к гостям относятся намного вежливее. А ведь хороший сервис зачастую компенсирует даже не слишком вкусную кухню. Я пришла позавтракать и отдохнуть и рассчитываю хотя бы на минимальную вежливость, а как итог - испорченное настроение на весь день. Больше на пр. Науки ходить не буду, на Пушкинской гораздо лучше, персонал всегда вежливый и приветливый.
