Iris art Hotel - отзыв
Часто ходили в эту сауну. Все нравилось: интерьер, чистота, персонал. Но в последнее время детали убивают все желание туда идти:
1) нужно обязательно отправлять на карту или завозить залог, хотя я за 2 года ни разу не отменяла бронь;
2) из банных принадлежностей исчезли кондиционер и шапочка для душа (стоимость часа, конечно, выросла) ;
3) попросила стакан, хотя бы пластиковый, отказали (если хотите стакан, нужно обязательно заказать что-то из ресторана) ;
4) последний момент просто "убил": когда выходили из сауны, вдруг появилась сотрудница отеля с вопросом, может ли она принимать сауну после нас. Мы поднялись наверх рассчитаться, а эта женщина прибежала с жалобой, что одного полотенца нет.
Нас попросили подождать. Потом девушка на рецепции с невозмутимым видом сообщила, что полотенце нашлось. Без каких-либо извинений.
После этого случая туда, конечно, не пойдем.
Тошнит от такого персонала и их сервиса.

Хочу сказать спасибо администрации и персоналу этого заведения.
Отличная баня действительно высокого уровня.
Очень приятно у вас бывать :)
