Добрый день! Раньше мы, когда приезжали в Харьков, то останавливались в отеле Villa Four Rooms. Территориально нам было не совсем удобно, но у вас очень была ненавящевая домашняя атмосфера, очень приятный персонал отеля и приемлемые цены. У вас сменился персонал, изменились удобства в номерах, завтраки. ..Видна экономия, 1 мыло на двоих. ..это даже не 3 звезды. И персонал. ..Не очень хорошо подобран. Девочки явно не умеют работать с людьми, общаться с гостями, создать нужное впечатление и желание возвращаться. И не совсем знают вообще работу, теряются. Обратите , пожалуйста, внимание, ваше заведение теряет позиции, мы встретили несколько гостей бывших ваших постоянных в другом отеле. Не будем писать, чтоб не восприняли как проделки конкурентов

Давно хотели написать свои пожелания отелю Villa Four Rooms, но не знали, где на официальном сайте нет такой услуги. К сожалению, сейчас можно оставить отзыв на сайте 78, но уже другой тематики. В гостинице сменился персонал и не в лучшую сторону. ..Может, мы просто привыкли, что нас знают, узнают, не спрашивают имя, и знают какой номер мы предпочитаем .. .но новые девочки с ресепшен немного не подходят или для этой работы или для этого заведения. Без обид! К тому же, все чаще в номере чего-то забывают доложить :- (
