Гастропаб «Тетчер» – это атмосфера современного английского паба, это непринужденное общение в кругу друзей, это отсутствие пафоса и море позитива.

Тетчер – это элементы молекулярной кухни: жидкий азот, приготовление в вакууме, сухой лед делают блюдо особо вкусным, подачу зрелищной, а впечатления – незабываемыми!

Наши стейки проходят вакуумирование, затем мясо «отдыхает» до 21 дня при нулевой температуре и только потом попадает к Вам на стол - Ваши вкусовые рецепторы оценят наши технологии по достоинству!

Попробуйте апперитив из лайма и зеленого чая, который очищает вкусовые рецепторы и улучшает аппетит! Хотите необычный вкус или эффектную подачу? Тогда - это Лосось су-вид в яблочном дыму или Севиче от легендарного повара Нобу Матсухиса, которое подается на жидком азоте.

Ооооочень понравилось!!!
Свободная, непринужденная обстановка, хорошая музыка, стильный интерьер. .. Хорошее обслуживание. Вкусная еда. Весьма приятные цены.
Хочется вернуться. И мы обязательно это сделаем! ;)
