Простые движения - отзыв
Брал велосипед на сутки. Хотел попросить, чтобы можно было вернуть вел на след день в 14 часов
и оплатить только 1 день - сказали нельзя, надо или в 11 вернуть или за 2 дня платить.
Лояльность на высоте, но ок, беру на 2 дня.
Во время получения велосипеда обратил внимание на скрип педали. Спросил у работника проката не отвалится ли педаль.
Меня уверили, что по идее так быть не должно, но все будет ок. Погрузил вел в машину и свалил за город кататься.
Вечером, за городом, через пару часов педаль сломалась и держалась на соплях. Назад ехал на 1-й педали, берег блин.
На след день вечером вернул вел и попытался вернуть деньги. Вместо извенения за испорченные выходные я был обвинен
в том, что не позвонил и не предупредил их о том, что сломался вел. С криками пришлось выбивать возврат.
Деньги вернули со словами "Никогда сюда не приходи больше".
Вот никак не думал, что это будет проблемой. Был известный косяк с велом. И вместо того, чтобы извиниться, меня еще
и обвинили и чуть ли не послали. П. .ц Самое обидное, что брал у них постоянно, чуть ли не пол целого вела уже там оставил. И вот так отнеслись. Ну и хрен с вами.
Будем теперь брать в другом месте.
