Да. ларуська конечно гоняет очень хорошо!!! но. .иногда страшно от ее тона общения становиться. .особенно после напряженного рабочего дня) )) хорошая школа!!

Здравствуйте все! Начала ходить с 1 сентября на фитнес-микс к тренеру Ларе. Пашем, как Папы Карлы в течении часа, но за месяц уже виден результат: подтянулись мышцы под руками и на ногах, грудь перестала напоминать полузастывший холодец, появилась легкость в теле (я не ставила своей целью похудеть, но стала "влазить" в одежду, которая отдыхала на полке!). Очень удивительно, но после часового добывания пота (это в прямом смысле) у меня ничего не болит, легкость в теле и я еще свободно полчаса топаю домой пешком! Я занималась самостоятельно по методике Синди Кроуфорд и чувствовала себя на следующий день боксерской грушей, а здесь совсем другой эффект! Так что очень рекомендую!
