Уже второй месяц занимаюсь, минус 4 кг! Тренировки приносят результат

Открыла для себя Звёздный в этом месяце и приятно удивилась, бегаю на тренировки в обеденный перерыв, всё элементарно просто, всё упражнения вполне выполнимы. Я в хорошей форме, но крепатура не отпускает уже вторую неделю, я очень довольна

Клуб располагает своей атмосферой. Администрация очень доброжелательна, всегда улыбчива. "Звёздный" доступен не только в плане стоимости абонемента (150 грн/мес), но и в плане тренировок, при желании можно делать все упражнения - нет ничего сверх естественного !!!

Уходя с тренировки чувствую себя пьяной: руки трясутся, ноги еле идут. .. Но почему-то чувствую себя счастливой!

В звездном занимаюсь недавно!!!! Но очень этому рада ) )) мне есть с чем сравнивать тк выбирала клуб долго и до этого занималась в других городах те опыт имеется. Клубом довольна! Аэробика у тренера Ани это супер !!!! Нагрузка и темп то что надо! Так держать молодцы ! Если бы не злющая лень ходила бы каждый день) )) )
