09. 07. 16 Ехали с семьей из Кирилловки в Харьков на двух этажном НЕОПЛАНЕ с номером 4224. Отвратительная поездка испортила конец отдыха. Водители ХАМЫ, ОСОБЕННО ВАЛЕРА!!! На сайте обещали комфортабельный автобус с кондиционером. Приехала развалюха у которой на каждой кочке чуть колеса задние не отпадали, а кондер это 3 люка на втором этаже. Первая остановка была строго на 10мин. Многие не успели даже воды купить их водители хамы прям с очереди выдергивали. Вторая была по требованию и когда остановились все успели и попить и в туалет сходить потому что автобус целый час не могли завести. И тут когда была уже финишная прямая по бетонке мы почемуто свернули на Мерефу где еще катались 30мин. после заехали по чинухам на заброшенную металлобазу где аказалась дешевое топлево! Много было нюансов за весь переезд которых не опишешь! Вконце канцов сегодня решились позвонить в офис с жалобой на что или хозяин или администратор ответил что на автобусах ездят только быдло для которого нужно возить в автозаках с решетками а водители это у них самые лучшие .Вот Так!
