Отдыхали несколько раз в Черногории, Болгарии, на Кипре, в Египте, только в Турции не понравилось-наверное это не моя страна. Организация поездок четкая. Рекомендую.

Ежегодно, на протяжении 12 лет, 2 раза в год пользуемся услугами этого турагенства и ни разу не было испорченного отпуска. Отношение к клиентам внимательное, можно оплачивать путевки частями, туроператор рекомендуя отель-четко дает характеристику отеля-что ни разу не разошлось с характеристикой туроператора и реальным положением дел , т. .е. знаю куда еду и что меня там ожидает.

Ездили недавно от этой фирмы в Европу, все четко и организованно, предоставили всю информацию плюс рядом с домом, далеко ехать не надо было.

Непрофессионализм и наплевательское отношение к клиентам. Фирма специализируется только на школьных экскурсиях. как могут предлагать Турцию или Болгарию люди, которые сами нигде не были?
Несмотря на звание "туроператор", у них даже нет сайта. К тому же сотрудники, похоже, каждый день что то празднуют :). ... Не рекомендую - потерянное время.
