Это агентство "Sunrise-S" и отвечает. Во-первых, агентство наше называется "Sunrise-S", во вторых, хотелось бы узнать на какие уловки попались конкретно вы - кто из менеджеров вас обслуживал, какой тур вы покупали, за что конкретно вы дважды проплатили - мы работаем по агентским договорам туроператоров, поэтому какие-либо уловки применять не можем. А так, голословно - на каком основании неизвестно кому должны верить вам. Вы даже не удосужились зарегистрироваться и написать свое имя. Похоже, отзыв написала обиженная уволенная менеджер. Милая девочка - нужно честно и качественно выполнять свою работу и тогда все будет отлично и не нужно будет так злиться на весь белый свет.
