Делаю у Даши около года ногти, сменила старого мастера на Дашу, потому что с ее работой хожу три недели без заусенец. Очень профессионально.

Читая предыдущий отзыв, реально понимаешь, что сервис в Волне ухудшился, если не считать, что его там никогда не было особо! Приехали 1 мая на тренировку в 8:00-оказывается тренажерный работает с 9:00. А сообщить никому заранее об этом не нужно, господа?Смс свои о клубных картах вы шлете почему то по 5 шт в день (при чем одного содержания). Вы может хоть немного задумаетесь? Цены космос, на каком основании?Что даете в замен?В санузел зайти страшно!!!!! Глаза выедает (Что делает ваша толпа уборщиц?

Ходим с женой. Менеджера клуба-это отдельный разговор. Об акциях и выгодных предложений узнаешь случайно. Никакой заботы о клиенте. Сервис увы за пять лет сильно ухудшился. Персонал один чего стоит. Только в кафе друг за дружкой ходят. Не дозовешься, если вопрос какой. Цены подняли до небес. В Харькове цен таких нет. Переходим в Йод. Волна остепенись!

Не понимаю зачем вешать на сайте систему JivoSite, которая напрягает, выскакивая на каждой странице, вешать кучу кнопок "узнать", "получить сведения", "заказать" + "написать сообщение" в соцсетях, если на эти сообщения все равно никто не отвечает! ?!?! ?

Отличные салон. Сделала омбре у мастера Оксаны. Укладка была приятным сюрпризом. Мне очень нравится. Длинные волосы уложила волнами за 15 мин. Ощущаю себя королевой.
